1.Who may use ISETT
ISETT is a private internal platform for staff and authorised representatives of Rock Solid Group and its group companies. It is not a public service and there is no self-registration. You may use it only if an RSG administrator has issued you an account and only for as long as they choose to maintain it.
2.Your account
- Your account is personal to you. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else use it.
- Keep your password confidential and use one you do not use elsewhere.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- Tell us immediately at info@rsg.one if you believe your account has been compromised. You can review and revoke your own active sessions from your profile.
- What you can see is determined by the permissions granted to you. Do not attempt to reach data outside them.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access, or try to access, any company, module, or record you have not been granted.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform, or interfere with its operation, without written authorisation.
- Extract data at scale by automated means — scraping, bulk export scripts, or reverse-engineering the API — other than through the export features provided.
- Copy, publish, or send platform data outside RSG except as your role requires and RSG policy allows.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything containing malware.
- Misrepresent who you are, or use another person's account.
4.The information in ISETT
ISETT is a reporting and decision-support tool. It reads from RSG's operational systems and presents what it finds. Two consequences follow, and both matter:
- ISETT is not the source of truth. Where a figure in ISETT and a figure in the originating system disagree, the originating system governs.
- Figures may be cached, delayed, partial, or masked. Data is retrieved on a refresh cycle, a source system may be temporarily unreachable, and certain commercial values are deliberately masked for accounts without an explicit exemption. A masked or partial figure is not an error.
Verify anything material before you rely on it for a commercial, employment, financial, or legal decision.
5.The Cypher assistant
ISETT includes an AI assistant, on the web platform only — the mobile app does not include it. It is a convenience, not an authority.
- Its answers can be wrong. Language models produce confident text regardless of whether it is correct. Check anything you are about to act on against the underlying page or system.
- What it can reach is limited to the data your own account may see. It cannot widen your access.
- Your questions and the data retrieved to answer them are processed by a third-party model provider, under an agreement that forbids using them to train models and forbids retaining them beyond the answer. Section 7 of the Privacy Policy names the provider and the terms.
- Do not use its output as the sole basis for a decision affecting a person's employment, pay, or contractual position.
6.Confidentiality
Substantially everything in ISETT is confidential business information of RSG or its group companies — including employee records, commercial pipelines, contract values, and project performance. You must treat it as confidential, use it only for your work, and not disclose it outside RSG without authorisation. This obligation survives the closure of your account and applies in addition to any employment or contractual confidentiality obligations you already have.
7.Availability and changes
We aim to keep ISETT available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or withdraw features, modules, and reports; take the platform down for maintenance; or change how data is presented. Where a change removes something you depend on we will try to give notice, but we are not obliged to maintain any particular feature.
8.Ownership
The ISETT platform, its software, design, and branding are owned by RSG. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you. The business data displayed in the platform belongs to RSG and its group companies. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for your work, and nothing more.
9.The mobile app
The ISETT app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores' own terms apply to the download; these terms apply to the service. We may require you to update to a supported version, and older builds may stop working — a management platform that keeps serving a build with a known defect is a worse outcome than one that asks you to update. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to provide support for the app.
10.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISETT is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in it is complete, accurate, or current at any given moment. Section 4 explains why that is a description of how the system works and not a formality.
11.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from a decision taken in reliance on information displayed in ISETT, including anything produced by the assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12.Suspension and termination
RSG may suspend or close your account at any time — in particular when you leave the group, change role, or breach these terms. You may request closure of your account at any time using the account deletion request form. Sections 6, 8, 10 and 11 survive closure.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be signalled in the platform. Continuing to use ISETT after an update means you accept the updated terms.
