Use this form to ask us to delete your ISETT account and the data held against it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed.
What gets deleted
When the request is approved we delete:
- Your account record — name, email address, and password hash.
- Your preferences: theme, company and module ordering, saved chart choices.
- Your saved dashboards, pinned pages, and favourites.
- Your conversations with the Cypher assistant.
- Your active sessions and sign-in tokens, on every device.
What we keep, and why
- The security audit trail of actions taken on the account. A tamper-proof security log that can be erased on request is not a security log. Those entries are kept as a compliance record and used for nothing else.
- Records in RSG's HR and business systems. ISETT reports on those systems; it is not where they live. Deleting an ISETT account does not alter your employment records, and we could not delete them from here even if you asked.
- Anything we are legally required to retain.
ISETT accounts are issued by an administrator, so deletion is not instant. An account exists because of a working relationship with an RSG company, which means the decision belongs to the administrators who issued it, not to this form. We will pass your request to them and respond within 30 days. If your account is still active in the meantime, you can keep using it.
There is no charge, no retention offer, and no form to fill in twice. We write to you when it is done.
This request itself is stored only so somebody can act on it, is never used to contact you about anything else, and is deleted 24 months after it is handled.
